Nolan Reidhead, Esq.

Attorney at Law

Nolan was born in Payson, Arizona, grew up in the White Mountains in Arizona, and has lived in Tucson for over 26 years. Nolan married his wonderful wife, has been married for 33 years, and have five phenomenal children and one grandchild. He understands the value of family and how important it is to protect them through estate planning. With 25 years of experience in estate and business planning, Nolan understands the importance of protecting the ones you love, making him an excellent estate planning attorney.

Nolan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University with an emphasis in finance and minor in Spanish. He then moved from Utah to Minnesota to attend law school and received his Juris Doctor at William Mitchell College of Law in 1998. In 1999, Nolan founded his own law firm and has since been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their estate planning and business needs.

Nolan truly enjoys working with individuals and families to provide exemplary estate and business planning throughout the State of Arizona. Not only to the Arizona community as a whole, Nolan has provided extensive and specific estate planning to the members of the Ak-Chin Indian Community, to active and retired Veteran groups and VFW posts, to active and retired Flagstaff Firefighters, and to active and retired Tucson Firefighters.

Nolan is and has been heavily involved with his children and community in many capacities. Nolan is an Eagle Scout and was a Scoutmaster for over five years. Nolan coached his children for many years in various sports, including Little League baseball, softball, and soccer. Nolan has a wonderful wife who is a Registered Nurse in a local high school, and he is very proud of his children, namely one daughter who has a Master’s Degree and will be attending the same law school as Nolan graduated, one daughter who is a Registered Nurse, one son who is an Eagle Scout and Navy Veteran, and one daughter who is in school to be a Veterinarian Technician. Nolan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family and creating memories with them.

Casey Bizub

Senior Paralegal

Casey has been a paralegal in Tucson for over 30 years, with the last 18 spent working alongside Nolan. She brings extensive experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, including those for estate planning, corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Casey works closely with clients to help administer and protect their estate plans, providing them with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside the office, Casey enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for the VFW Post 549. 

Bryssa Lopez

Administrative Assistant

I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and I’m currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies at Pima Community College and will be a first-generation graduate. I absolutely love Arizona summers and can’t imagine moving away because I enjoy spending time in the sun so much. In my free time, I like to crochet, play outdoors with my dog, and spend time with my family - whenever I can. Before pursuing legal studies, I worked as a dental assistant for three years, but I realized I wanted to help the public in a broader way than just assisting a doctor chair side.

I am bilingual and biliterate in Spanish.
