Attorney at Law

Nolan Q. Reidhead

Nolan was raised in Heber, Arizona, and went to high school in southern Utah. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University, with an emphasis in finance and a minor in Spanish. He moved to Minnesota for law school and received his Juris Doctor from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1998. After law school, Nolan moved to Tucson, where he has lived for more than 26 years.

After founding his law practice in 1999, Nolan dedicated his career to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate estate planning, trust and probate administrations, and corporate matters. His extensive experience includes planning for individuals, families, veterans, firefighters, Native American communities, community organizations, and business owners.

Nolan and his wonderful wife have been married for 34 years; they have five phenomenal children and one grandchild. He understands the value of family and how important it is to protect them through estate planning. With nearly three decades of experience in estate and business planning, Nolan recognizes the profound importance of protecting loved ones and business interests, making him a deeply trusted estate planning attorney.

Nolan is heavily involved with his family, church, and community. He is an Eagle Scout and served as a Scoutmaster for over five years. He also spent many years coaching his children in various youth sports, including Little League baseball, softball, and soccer. His wife is a registered nurse at a local high school, and Nolan is incredibly proud of his children and their accomplishments. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with his family.

Nolan’s approach is grounded in careful listening, clear explanations, and customized planning that reflects each client’s actual priorities rather than a generic template.
